5 Steel Frame

The main halls of the complex will be supported by a wide steel frame, positioned on the newly levelled foundations.

Sections of steel frame were delivered and cemented into the levelled foundation area.

The completed frame covers the area of halls one and two of the new complex.

Meanwhile excavation continued at the rear of the site for the lower level rooms The soil removed is very chalky.

The foundation is prepared for the lower rooms which will adjoin the undercroft rooms.
