8 Foundation Stone

On Sunday 2 July the foundation stone for the new complex was laid.

The grantite foundatiion stone was kindly provided by the contractors Brett Construction PLC. For the purposes of the ceremony the stone was given a temporary position in available blockwork.

The stone will finally be placed in a prominent position in the outer brickwork.

The stone ceremony was carried out by two representative members of the congregation.

The vicar led the singing with the music group in attendance.
