18. Under Floor Heating and Screed |

Pipe work is laid for underfloor heating in the halls, office and kitchen. The smaller rooms will be heated by radiators. |
Floor screed materiel arrives by lorry and is carefully laid and levelled. At the same time electricians are fitting cables for light and power.
The ceiling above the lounge and corridor has ducting for a mass of electric cables. Our consultant supervises the work with careful attention to his plans. |
The hall floor screed is completed and allowed to dry thoroughly before work can continue. No footsteps please! |
