Residents Association

We have an active residents association that upholds the covenants that were put on individual plots in the 1920's.  The main covenant is 'one house per plot' but others include protecting the trees which give the area its character.  The Residents Association have their own web site which is updated frequently. Social life is enhanced by the small sports field that the estate surrounds and owns which is the base for Chelsfield Park Cricket Club and Chelsfield Park Lawn Tennis Club. and is a meeting place for dogs with their owners.

Many of the residents are keen golfers. Chelsfield Lakes Golf Club has 27 holes bordering our estate.   Broke Hill Golf Club (18 hole) is less than half a mile away.  We also have Lullingstone Park and High Elms golf courses within a five minute drive and these are both excellent public golf courses.

Mobile library calls every Saturday between 09.30 - 13.30 at Windsor Drive and 09.30-10.30 Tuesday mornings
